We are seeking an experienced Industrialization Expert to join our team at ITech Consult AG in Rotkreuz. As an Industrialization Expert, you will play a critical role in the industrialization of medical devices and IVD products.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in technical project management, product development, and supplier management. You will be responsible for establishing production capacity at external suppliers, managing high-volume injection molding projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production concepts, including automation, to ensure cost efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, procurement, quality, and regulatory, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive development and product care activities to enable robust project and product delivery.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring design to quality and manufacturability.
Requirements:
- University degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in technical project management, product development, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a global environment.
- Fluent in English and German on a business level.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per year, depending on experience.
