Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional postdoctoral researcher to join our team at the Department of Health Sciences and Technology, ETH Zurich. As a key member of our research group, you will be involved in cutting-edge projects focused on wearable sensing technology for healthcare applications.

About the Job

  • You will be working under the supervision of Prof. Menon, leading a project that aims to develop innovative wearable sensors for various health-related applications.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing new sensor technologies, as well as collaborating with other researchers and industry partners.
  • As a postdoctoral researcher, you will have the opportunity to work independently, while also being part of a dynamic research team.

Requirements

  • PhD degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong background in materials science, nanotechnology, and polymer science.
  • Experience with functional polymer synthesis, material fabrication techniques, and composite fabrication.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A strong publication track record and the ability to propose novel ideas and concepts.
