Your Role: Global Head of Pharmacovigilance
We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Pharmacovigilance to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Safety Leadership team, you will contribute to the successful functioning and health of our PV system. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and drive process safety management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve pharmacovigilance goals.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good practices.
- Drive process safety management to minimize risks.
- Establish and maintain global processes and guidelines for pharmacovigilance.
- Maintain a close collaboration with the EU QPPV.
You'll Bring:
We're looking for an individual with management experience (2-10 direct reports) and a medical degree, preferably with board-certified specialty. You should have at least 12-15 years of required experience in pharmacovigilance, drug development, and safety roles. Strong leadership skills, including coaching, motivating, and directing, are essential.
