We are seeking a motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a Service Excellence Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious 5*-superior boutique hotel with 74 rooms and suites, 9 food & drink spots, spa, sports shop, and much more.

About the Role

As a Service Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests through various roles, including restaurants, bars, and other areas of the hotel. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience, exceeding their expectations.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, outgoing, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong interest in hospitality and are eager to learn, we encourage you to apply.

What You Will Do:
  • Deliver outstanding food and drink service to our guests.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in our restaurants and bars.
  • Create personalized experiences for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • A Swiss hospitality school education or equivalent experience.
