Our client is a bank seeking a highly skilled Internal Controls Analyst.
Job Description:
- Control Matrix Development: Develop and maintain control matrices to ensure compliance with processes.
- Regulatory Compliance: Analyse and review documentation associated with control procedures and regulatory standards.
- Data Collection: Collect and extract relevant data from various sources for analysis.
- Trend Analysis: Interpret extracted data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure smooth communication with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Reporting and Recommendations: Write detailed reports on results of controls, analysis carried out, and recommendations.
- Corrective Action Implementation: Monitor progress of corrective actions and ensure their effective implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in finance or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in audit, tax, or compliance with knowledge of FATCA/CRS/QI.
- Excellent ability in data analysis.
