Job DescriptionAs a QC Specialist at dsm-firmenich, you will be part of the Quality Department (SQ) in the SQCU (Quality Control Support) area at our location in Sisseln. You will support the laboratories of quality control outside of daily analytics. The full-time position is to be filled immediately or after agreement in an unlimited fixed-term employment contract.

Responsibilities:- Project lead for the procurement of new laboratory equipment. (Creation of documentation; coordination of necessary tasks; lead for CSV)
- Ensuring and improving data integrity (examination of DI processes using mapping and risk assessment)
- Implementation of process or quality improvements - Lean; Six-Sigma
- Participation in customer and authority audits
- Creation and training of company-wide SOPs
- Processing of deviations (Deviations), i.e. cause determination, implementation of corrective measures (CAPA) and creation of deviation reports

- Completed Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience in a GMP laboratory
- Good theoretical knowledge in general and analytical chemistry
- Very good knowledge of GMP regulations (EMEA, FDA, ICH, PIC/S, GAMP etc.)
- Good knowledge of CSV and data integrity regulations in the laboratory area
- Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
- Personal requirements such as responsibility, reliability, organizational skills, reliability, team ability, communication ability and flexibility regarding changing tasks and working hours
