We are seeking an experienced Senior Analytical Scientist to join our team at Novartis Farmacéutica.
About the Role:The Senior Analytical Scientist will be responsible for formulating, developing and driving an overall science, quality and regulatory driven analytical project strategy.
- Formulate and drive an overall science, quality and regulatory driven analytical project strategy.
- Lead and oversee analytical activities throughout drug development within a global project team.
- Represent Analytical Research & Development as a core member of the technical development sub-team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong quality focus, experience in a GMP environment and a deep understanding of regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Define and manage analytical projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and implement analytical strategies to meet quality, timelines and budget requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Minimum BS / MS in analytical chemistry or relevant field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in analytical development and/or quality control.
- Experience in managing projects in a global matrix environment.
