Job Description

The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the finance function, including accounting, reporting, treasury, and risk management. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluation and implementation of financial systems and processes
  • Preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports
  • Treasury and FX management
  • Maintenance and further development of credit limit system

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for managing a team of finance professionals and providing leadership and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality financial services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • German and English language proficiency (mandatory)
  • University degree or higher professional diplomas/qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with leadership experience

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
