About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Packaging Engineer Intern to join our team in Dtech (Distribution Technology). The successful candidate will work on a variety of packaging initiatives, contributing to the qualification of global packaging solutions for clinical and commercial use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and finalize qualification documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Evaluate processes and documentation to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards GSP091.
  • Improve templates (Qualification Summary Reports), PQ protocols, and Reports, and apply these templates to existing thermal shipping systems.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, sites, and partner departments to gather necessary information and perspectives.
  • Maintain organized records of all qualification documents and ensure they are readily accessible in eVal.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in a bachelor's or a master's program in package engineering or completed studies within the last 12 months.
  • Initial experience with and strong desire to develop capabilities in Thermal shipping Systems, Packaging materials, and processes.
  • Packaging regulations, industry standards, and test methods (e.g. DIN/ISO, USP, FDA, and ISTA/ASTM).
  • Author technical documentation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal communication skills.
  • English language proficiency required; knowledge of German an asset.
