Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance and Support Functions Director to join our team at Ecolint. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the effective management of our financial resources and support services.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate financial information to the Director General and Governing Board
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the capital programme
- Lead and manage the Finance team and Support Services department
- Safeguard and maximize the value of our assets
- Ensure compliance with financial terms and conditions
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies
- Negotiate and manage contracts for external services
- Ensure legal and constitutional obligations are met
- University graduate with certified accountant or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in financial management at a senior level
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Fluent French and English speaker
