**Your Role**

We are looking for a Night Audit Ambassador to join our team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of service during night time hours. Your primary focus will be to create memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Take full ownership of the property's operational process during night time hours
• Maintain the highest standards of service, adhering to 5* superior hotel reception guidelines
• Provide personalized services, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
• Resolve guest challenges promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations

**What We Offer**
