Distribution Transformer Strategist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Distribution Transformer Strategist to join our team at Hitachi Energy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collaboration with customers, product sales, or business development, with a focus on the Distribution segment, preferably transformers or system integration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the distribution transformer business development according to market needs and Product Group strategy and targets. This involves designing and developing business development strategies, implementing focused boost programs, and coordinating cross-regional sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the transformer business.
- Proven experience in collaboration with customers, product sales, or business development.
- Proven experience in the Distribution segment, preferably transformers or system integration.
- Strategic thinking, able to analyze and manage complex business situations.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, preferably fluent in Spanish.
- Proven intercultural competence and readiness to travel.
- Can-do attitude, self-driven, autonomous, resilient, enthusiastic.
