Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our AI Competence Center, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on generative AI to enhance product design and customer solutions.
  • Collaborate with product development, engineering, and data science teams to integrate AI insights into various processes.
  • Create and implement scalable AI solutions that can be integrated into product portfolios and manufacturing systems.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability and performance, ensuring effective deployment in production environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (or a related field) with over 5 years of experience in machine learning, specifically in generative AI.
  • Proficient in Python, with experience using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Experienced in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Knowledge of applying AI to CAD, BIM, or other design tools used in construction and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MLOps and deploying AI models in large-scale industrial settings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
