Job Summary:
Kanadevia Inova is seeking a highly skilled Group Consolidation Manager to lead the company's IFRS consolidation and quarterly reporting efforts.
This role requires strong expertise in IFRS standards, accounting policies, and financial audits, as well as the ability to drive technological innovation in Group Accounting systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Group IFRS consolidation and quarterly reporting to the parent company in Japan.
- Support local teams with Group reporting tools and supervise statutory financial reporting and external audits.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies, processes, and procedures across platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IFRS consolidation and reporting, with knowledge of reporting systems like Tagetik.
- Expertise in financial audits, consolidated reporting, and accounting for mergers & acquisitions.
- Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities, with strong communication skills for effective collaboration with global teams.
