We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Director - Transformation to join our team at SIG Group.
Job DescriptionThe HR Director - Transformation will be responsible for designing and implementing complex organizational structures and processes, ensuring alignment with business strategy and goals.
The position is located in our headquarter in Neuhausen, Switzerland, and in this capacity, you will also be the country representative for all employee-related topics.
As part of the global People & Culture leadership team, this role will lead and support HR functional initiatives and change programs, act as a sponsor and advocate of functional changes, capability, policy, and process evolution.
Talent Development- Design and development of leadership programs in collaboration with CoE.
- Identify business critical capabilities and develop strategies on acquiring them externally and/or building them internally.
- Together with leadership teams build strong actionable succession plans for critical leadership and technical positions with diverse talent pipeline.
The HR Director - Transformation will also drive environment and conditions for strong and sustainable employee engagement, own the DE&I agenda for global functions, creating a stronger inclusive culture, visible senior leader engagement, and tackling unconscious bias.
Qualifications- Education: BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic HR partnership, preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in partnering with senior leadership (CTO, CFO, Supply Chain, Markets, People & Culture) and supporting large-scale organizational transformations.
