Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cryptocurrency Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining cryptocurrency balances on multiple trading platforms, facilitating secure transfers of digital assets, and conducting due diligence on potential trading partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cryptocurrency Balance Management: Oversee and maintain cryptocurrency balances on multiple trading platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Secure Asset Transfers: Facilitate secure transfers of digital assets between exchange accounts using platforms such as Fireblocks, Copper, and others.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential trading partners, counterparties, and vendors to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Contract Review: Review legal documents, contracts, and agreements for compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in client setup and onboarding processes for trading activities.
  • Settlement Tasks: Manage settlement tasks related to cryptocurrency transactions.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and address discrepancies in cryptocurrency balances or transactions.
  • Risk Management: Develop risk management strategies for cryptocurrency trading.
  • Industry Updates: Stay informed about cybersecurity threats and industry best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Market Monitoring: Monitor market conditions and regulatory changes in the cryptocurrency industry.

Requirements
  • Education: Recent graduate or final-year student from ETH Zurich in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Interest in Cryptocurrency: Strong interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
