Als Senior Application Engineer (BizDevOps Engineer) im Bereich Energieproduktion übernimmst du den gesamten Lebenszyklus der energiespezifischen Applikationen, von der Planung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Weiterentwicklung.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Entwickelst neue Features und Funktionen für die energiespezifischen Applikationen
  • Bereitest technische Tests vor und führst diese durch, um die Qualität der Lösungen sicherzustellen
  • Nimmst Störungsmeldungen entgegen, analysierst und behebst diese
  • Erfassst, klassifizierst und priorisierst du Issues/Incidents (Jira Stories)
  • Informierst die System-Anwender über den Stand der Umsetzung
  • Trägst die Verantwortung für den stabilen IT-Betrieb und organisierst den 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support im Incident Management und Request Fulfillment
  • Funktionierst als Ansprechpartner für 3rd Level Support Cases gegenüber dem SaaS-Provider
  • Dokumentierst und pflegst die Systemdokumentation im Confluence
  • Legst User-Profile und Rollen an, verwaltest diese und schulst die User
  • Wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Weisungen in den relevanten Bereichen (IT-Schnittstelle, Operations Technology, IT- und Netzwerk-Sicherheit) mit
  • Stellst die Einhaltung von Standards, Richtlinien und Best Practices sicher

Anforderungen

  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

  • Anwender- und Serviceorientierung im Supportumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Oracle oder SAP Datenbanken, SQL & Stored Procedures
  • Kenntnisse in NodeJS im SAP HANA Umfeld
  • Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams
  • Entwicklungserfahrungen in SAP Hana UI5, JAVA und C
  • Informatik-Ausbildung (bevorzugt Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulabschluss)
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
