Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Filemaker Developer to join our team at HR TOP SA. As a key member of our IT infrastructure development team, you will play a critical role in the creation and optimization of our FileMaker solutions, integration of Apple and Microsoft technologies, and preparation for an ERP migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advanced Filemaker Development: Develop and integrate complex systems.
  • IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize Apple infrastructure while transitioning to Microsoft.
  • Reverse Engineering: Analyze and adapt existing systems for ERP transition.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical and functional documentation.
  • Architecture: Design scalable architectures and establish standards.
  • Support: Provide advanced support for system availability.
  • Process Digitization & Optimization: Improve and standardize IT- & business processes.
  • Project Management: Lead technical projects, meeting deadlines and objectives.
  • ERP Migration: Contribute to the group's ERP migration efforts.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 5 years of expertise in Filemaker development and Apple infrastructure management, with adaptability to new technologies (Microsoft and future ERP).
  • Excellent communication and change management skills to support teams in transition.
  • Motivation by challenges and ability to handle complex projects proactively.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Profound organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Initiative and technical vision to contribute to the group's digital transformation.
  • Native French speaker or very high proficiency in spoken and written French, with very good English skills, German being an advantage.

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
