Company Overview:

TN Switzerland is a leading provider of financial services, seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud Portfolio Manager.

This role will involve coordinating vendor invoice processes and assisting project managers in planning and controlling individual projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for budgeting, financial control, and reporting for the transformation portfolio.

You will work closely with the Head of Change Delivery to organize Change Board Meetings and Transformation Delivery meetings. Your experience in financial controlling and Azure DevOps (ADO) will be crucial in ensuring adherence to inter-project commitments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate vendor invoice process and assist project managers in planning and controlling individual projects.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial control, and reporting for the transformation portfolio.
  • Organize Change Board Meetings and Transformation Delivery meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in financial controlling.
  • Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO), with a focus on development steering.
  • Project management certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and practices.
