Contribute to a global initiative to democratize data-driven medicine by training and supporting our customers on all SOPHiA GENETICS Bundle solutions.

The Opportunity

You will be part of a close-knit team that interacts closely with the sales and CAPM teams to relay customer needs and feedback, ensuring we continuously improve our offerings.

The Value You Bring

Customer Training and Support:

  • Deliver high-quality training to customers on SOPHiA GENETICS solutions, manage customer support efficiently
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients for field application purposes, monitor customer feedback on product usage effectively

Internal Laboratory Participation:

  • Create detailed laboratory documents
  • Train internal and external collaborators on best practices

Product Development:

  • Gather valuable feedback from customers regarding their needs, communicate internally for product design improvement
  • Coordinate with the development and/or marketing team for proper market implementation

Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with NGS library preparation and captures is essential
  • Experience with liquid handler robots (Hamilton, Beckman, ...) is highly desirable
  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, PhD preferred
  • Excellent customer relations & service skills
  • Willing to travel extensively for executing trainings and any customer supports
  • Excellent scientific communication skills, both oral and written
  • High level of accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and logical reasoning
  • Collaborative mindset with great team spirit
