This position contributes to the development of adidas distribution strategy globally, ensuring alignment with business growth and competitiveness.
The Senior Project Manager Global Network Planning drives supply chain network studies in collaboration with Market and Global functions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive the development of network strategies aligned with adidas Group distribution goals.
- Collaborate with market SCM and Global partners to develop network recommendations.
- Lead the development of business cases and 'Make or Buy' evaluations in conjunction with Finance, Global partners, and Market CSM.
- Prepare and deliver strategic presentations to Senior Management, outlining study outcomes and facilitating decision-making.
- Ensure the completion of project activities, ensuring handovers and document approvals.
- Enhance the efficiency, competencies, and scope of the network team through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of Inbound, customs, distribution, deployment, and transportation capabilities across adidas markets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to supply chain teams and other global functions, providing expertise and support as needed.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive supply chain network studies.
- Results-driven leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience managing complex projects related to warehousing, distribution, transportation, or process re-engineering.
- Project management certification advantageous.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Four-year college degree with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 4+ year experience in project management, strategy, operations, network planning, preferably in SCM.
- Proven track record of delivering results in supply chain management roles.
