Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced AML Investigator and Compliance Specialist to join our Anti-Fraud and Investigation team in Geneva. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our operations by conducting thorough investigations into cases of suspected money laundering.
Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting AML Investigations into cases of suspected money laundering
- Undertaking investigation analytics for transactions and AML trigger events
- Preparing AML/SAR submissions and following up submissions for the Swiss due diligence committee (DDC) and Group due diligence committee (GDDC)
- Filing suspicious activity reports (SAR's) with the Swiss MROS
- Using the AML/SAR case database for the end-to-end process of AML Investigations and SAR filings
- Producing weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly management information (MI) AML/SAR reports
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 10 years' experience in AML Investigations in a Banking environment
- A knowledge of suspicious activity reporting
- Strong analytical and IT skills, preferably with knowledge of the GoAML application
- Flexibility, adaptability, and good intuition and problem-solving skills
- Good communication, networking, and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure during fast-paced and demanding AML investigations
