On a Daily Basis, You Will

  • Manage Dell monitor defects (Organize the shipment back to the vendor)
  • Receive new laptops, tag them, and put them in stock + Update the inventory
  • Prepare brand-new devices (Staging Windows, macOS, and Linux)
  • Manage devices of leavers (wipe, restage, put back in stock/reassignment)
  • Prepare interview laptops (Ad-hoc basis)
  • Manage hardware requests in general for end-users (Mice, keyboards, adapters, ...)
