Support E-Commerce Planning Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Planning Intern to join our team in budgeting and re-forecasting activities for assigned product lines.

This role involves planning sales, margin, and collection assortment in collaboration with the buying and merchandising team. The successful candidate will support E-Commerce Planners with periodical analysis on sales performances and stock to highlight opportunities and mitigate leftover risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in constructing seasonal sales, stock, and buy budget plans
  • Assist in building seasonal SKU plans by line, gender, and category
  • Regularly review and adjust buy plans as factors change, including OTB checks
  • Work closely with the buying team during seasonal buy activities to develop customer propositions that meet or exceed overall sales targets
  • Analyze historical data to prepare accurate forward planning by line, gender, and category
  • Support End of Season Analysis and Tools
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis on product category or capsule performances
  • Support best-seller analysis and replenishment activities from other warehouses
  • Assist in selecting assortment for periodical product shipments to marketplace partners and run periodical reports to monitor sales
  • Responsible for size ratios: run accurate size analysis to improve assortment productivity
  • Support data controls and other operational activities of the planning system
Requirements
  • University degree in Economics or related field
  • Fluent English; another language considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel)
  • Previous experience in E-Commerce/Retail business considered a plus
  • Fast learner and proactive person with analytical mindset and strong organizational skills
  • Precise in executing tasks and able to work independently
