Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth through acquiring, managing, and closing high-value clients. This is a 100% commission-based role (10% revenue share per closed & paid deal), offering uncapped earnings potential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network and thrive in a commission-based model. They should be able to identify and prospect clients, lead client conversations, prepare winning proposals, and close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Prospect Clients: Research and target mid-to-large companies looking for digital transformation or custom software projects.
- Lead Client Conversations: Engage decision-makers, understand their pain points, and position the company as the ideal partner.
- Prepare Winning Proposals: Collaborate with the technical team to scope projects and draft compelling proposals.
- Closing High-Value Deals: Drive the full sales cycle, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
- Proven Sales Experience: The candidate should have closed high-value digital/software projects of CHF 100,000+ per deal.
- Strong Network and Lead Generation Skills: Access to decision-makers in enterprise, mid-market, or high-growth startups.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Independent and Results-Driven: Thriving on commissions and generating and closing deals independently.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Presenting with confidence and handling complex sales discussions.
- GAP Selling Knowledge: Understanding Business Problems, Impact, and finding the Root Cause to define the value in offered solutions.
