SAP Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Project Manager to join our team at Dabster. The ideal candidate will have experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and be proficient in managing dependencies between projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients and project team members.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure proactive mitigation.
- Provide regular project status updates, track milestones, and highlight progress made to stakeholders.
- Engage with Steerco members, present updates, address concerns, and seek strategic guidance as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors and familiar with decommissioning CxP-relevant software solutions.
- Experience working in regulated environments adhering to CxP guidelines.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies with other projects and identify project risks early on.
Location
The candidate will be available to work in Germany or Switzerland, with occasional onsite work required in Zurich offices.
