Customer Success and Market Launch Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success and Market Launch Manager to join our European Cryptonow Growth Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal onboarding and integration for our European partner accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Point of Contact: Be the central point of contact for all new Cryptonow B2B retail accounts in Europe, ensuring seamless integration and usage of Cryptonow products.
  • Project Management: Lead multiple projects internally and externally, coordinating with Sales, R&D, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure successful account onboarding and market launches.
  • Account Partner Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to enhance account partner satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through regular check-ins and tailored solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure successful onboarding of new account partners and European market launches.
  • Tech Support: Provide support to accounts in resolving technical and product-specific challenges, collaborating with R&D and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in Customer Success, account sales, external project management, or account management.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly.
  • B2B Experience: Experience working with B2B accounts and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • CRM Tools: Good knowledge of CRM tools and other relevant software solutions (SalesForce, PipeDrive, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in German and English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
