Logistics Associate

**Job Overview**

Gi Group SA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team in St. Moritz.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing sales administration and support to the sales team, ensuring timely delivery of required items, and participating in the maintenance and stock-keeping of the store.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver on time the required items to the Sales Associates
• Provide updates to the Sales Associates with respect to the order status and delivery arrangement
• Perform various administrative functions to maintain and update clientele book
• Suggest improvements to the supervisor when needed
• Support the Sales Associates in maintaining client correspondence via phone calls or letters
• Develop and maintain product knowledge to enhance and improve the quality of the sale

**Requirements:**

• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good stress management, flexibility, and adaptability
• Ability to work in a team
