  • We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee local end-to-end product flow and performance, aligning with Global Functions and local Quality Product Owner.
  • The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact with Customer Management/Demand management and other stakeholders.
  • This role requires continuous improvement of processes to meet targets and maintain optimal customer service.
  • You will be responsible for capacity scenario analysis and reporting for Schaffhausen portfolio to support end-to-end decision-making.
  • Lead SRM preparation and reporting for Schaffhausen site.
Main Duties / Additional Duties / Sphere of Authority:
  • Own product-specific planning KPIs.
  • Interface with Global Functions on tactical/operational topics.
  • Single point of contact for upstream plants.
  • Optimize production schedules according to customer demand and available capacity.
  • Guarantee optimal customer service and address potential future supply constraints.
  • Material planning based on market demand.
  • Internal coordination within Planning for scheduling of a particular line in case of multiple products running on the same line.
  • Support timely release in collaboration with local Quality Product Owner.
  • Identify issues and follow up on escalated items that may impact supply in the horizon from week 6 to 24 months with EPLs/POCs.
  • Own product-specific MPS (generation, analysis, follow-up).
  • Participate in Global VSL Team meetings & product-specific representation of the site (lifecycle management).
  • Own local Value Stream Map of product and product-specific KPIs.
  • Identify cost improvement and lean opportunities; keep overview on product-specific site projects beyond tactical supply.
  • Ensure objectives related to goal alignment.
  • E2E configuration; collaborate with EPL to define and maintain local E2E planning parameters.
  • Ensure Monthly MPC with EPL and support BP process.
  • Makes or coordinates simulations and issues recommendations for the SRM on asset/product level for the products under his/her product portfolio to support Management decisions.
  • Compliance with GMP, EHS, and SOX requirements and guidelines connected to the respective function.
Qualifications:Education:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • APICS Supply Chain certification is preferred.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of related experience in MFG and/or Logistics/Supply Chain. Preferable within the pharma industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Clear understanding of internal Supply Chain trends/flow.
  • Ability to act as change agent/leader.
  • Collaborates effectively to achieve performance improvement.
  • Knowledge of SAP highly preferable.
  • High analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication.
  • Strength in interdependent partnering.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work in a matrix environment where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist.
  • Ability to partner with others; look for collaboration with people from different departments and all levels.
