CAPEX Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CAPEX Project Manager to join our team at Agap2. As a key member of our engineering and operational consulting group, you will be responsible for the design, execution, and handover of CAPEX investment projects.
Key Responsibilities- Establish project charters, define project scope, objectives, and expected results with senior managers and stakeholders.
- Execute projects within budget, scope, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and implement project KPIs and dashboards for risk, cost, and schedule management.
- Lead regular engineering and project control meetings to ensure project execution and identify corrective actions.
- Implement cutting-edge technical solutions and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ecology standards.
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in process engineering, chemistry, mechanics, industrial systems, HVAC, pharmaceutical engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering experience.
- Prior experience as a Process Engineer or Project Manager on investment projects in a pharmaceutical/chemical environment.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Swiss or European nationality or a valid Swiss working permit.
