At CHEU EntServ Schweiz GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Expert ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team. This role is critical in delivering IT Service Management solutions for Switzerland and supporting customers in implementing and utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role

This position offers an attractive salary package, which includes a competitive base salary of around $120,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus additional benefits such as comprehensive social benefits, flexible working time models, and training and mentoring opportunities.

As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and shaping the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform, supporting complex development approaches, and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems. Your expertise in web technologies, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, and scripting proficiency in Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, and background scripts will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and shape the technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support complex development approaches in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants.
  • Implement complex functionalities using the front-end and back-end capabilities of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems, such as SSO, SAP, and other ITSM applications.
  • Produce technical documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT developer and 3 years' experience on ServiceNow.
  • Experience in consulting external customers.
  • Strong experience in software development life cycles, from business requirements analysis to solution design, testing, and go-live.
  • Extensive experience on technical implementations of various ServiceNow modules.
  • Mastering web technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, and expertise in design and development on the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Scripting proficiency in ServiceNow's Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Access Control, Validation Scripts, and background scripts.
