Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our laboratory operations team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management and laboratory operations, with a proven track record of improving processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Lead a team of laboratory professionals in testing and analyzing samples to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Analyze data and identify trends to inform process improvements and optimize laboratory efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technologies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. quality management, laboratory science)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory operations or quality assurance
  • Proven track record of improving processes and increasing efficiency
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
