Descrizione del Ruolo

Il Senior Java Software Engineer sarà responsabile della progettazione tecnica, della soluzione design, dello sviluppo e dell'ottimizzazione continua di soluzioni innovative per i clienti. Sarà inoltre responsabile di lavorare con framework Agile (SCRUM), impiegando le tecnologie più recenti ed in sinergia con l'attuale team di sviluppo.

Compiti Principali
  • Progettazione tecnica e soluzione design di soluzioni innovative per i clienti
  • Lavorare con framework Agile (SCRUM) e tecnologie più recenti
  • Contribuire allo sviluppo di soluzioni web-based all'avanguardia
  • Garantire la funzionalità del software e identificare opportunità di miglioramento, automazione e snellimento dei processi e dei sistemi tecnologici
  • Manutenzione, sviluppo continuo e miglioramento dei sistemi e delle applicazioni esistenti
  • Coordinamento di risorse interne ed esterne
  • Capacità di gestire progetti in prima persona come capo progetto tecnico e relazionarsi in modo autonomo con il personale delle aziende clienti inseriti nei progetti
Requisiti del Candidato
  • Eccellente percorso accademico in ambito Informatico e/o discipline affini
  • 8/10 anni di esperienza pregressa come Java Software Engineer / Software Architect
  • Ottima conoscenza di Spring, Hibernate, architetture microservizi, Mysql e MongoDB
  • Ottima conoscenza degli application server (Tomcat, Jboss, Apache) e di concetti di CMS, MVC
  • Gradita conoscenza di AI framework concepts, SSO concepts (Keycloak, OAuth, LDAP, JWT) e graph databases (Neo4j)
  • Esperienza come Scrum Master rappresenta un plus
  • Conoscenza dell'ambito e delle tecnologie DevOps (CI/CD, Kubernetes)
  • Volontà di metterti in gioco in un settore sfidante e in continua evoluzione come quello IT
  • Forte passione e motivazione verso il ruolo e le tecnologie core
  • Energia, proattività e ricerca continua del miglioramento
