Job Description: Indirect Tax Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our compliance with indirect tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.




  • Preparation and submission of indirect tax returns (VAT/GST, Intrastat, other Listings)
  • Reviewing compliance data for multiple jurisdictions/countries
  • Supporting internal stakeholders on indirect tax topics/questions
  • Participating in multi-country Indirect Tax audits/requests from Local Tax authorities
  • Contributing to Indirect Tax projects
  • Improving internal working processes and preparing reconciliations between indirect tax filings and ERP-System
  • Supporting payment and refund processes
  • Potentially handling other taxes related to food products


Requirements:




  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law
  • At least 2 years of experience in indirect tax compliance with exposure to multiple jurisdictions/countries
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Able to work with multiple information systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Working Conditions:

This full-time position is based in Pratteln, Switzerland.



The salary range for this role is approximately CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
