Job Title: Product Packaging Regulations Senior Specialist

At DuPont, we are committed to delivering sustainable solutions that bring real purpose and value. As a Product Packaging Regulations Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the company's packaging compliance with regulations in EMEA and Americas regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a single point of contact for DuPont businesses to ensure product packaging regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and interpret regulatory packaging requirements and compliance obligations in EMEA and Americas regions.
  • Assess business impact of relevant product packaging compliance regulations and requirements based on region, country, and packaging material.
  • Update DuPont business teams on new and upcoming requirements to stay ahead of regulatory changes and minimize compliance risks.
  • Establish a community of practices around packaging requirements.
  • Coordinate DuPont businesses in compliance cross-functional processes and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement of company-wide product packaging standards, guidance, and practices.
  • Define and develop a strategic compliance plan related to emerging packaging regulations.
  • Develop and implement training plans related to Packaging/EPR for internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the DuPont focal point for national authorities and EPR schemes.
  • Represent DuPont in relevant industry association working groups.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (chemical, mechanical, or packaging preferred) or physical science (chemistry, material science preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product packaging, preferably with a demonstrated background in regulatory compliance.
  • Strong project management skills, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English and German, French preferred.
