We are seeking an accomplished Culinary Services Supervisor to lead the culinary team at THE AMI GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, creating menus, managing food preparation, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and consistency in dishes served.
Main Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement innovative menus that meet customer expectations.
- Kitchen Staff Supervision: Lead and motivate kitchen staff to achieve their best performance.
- Food Safety Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Kitchen Efficiency: Optimize kitchen operations to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Creativity in developing new dishes and menus
This is a mid-senior level position available for a full-time employee. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and attention to detail, as well as experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
