Our client, a forward-thinking company in the IT sector, is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join their team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding squads on how to implement Scrum practices and maximize self-organization.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in computer science or a related field, excellent English skills, and Scrum Master certification. With at least two years of experience in playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team that diligently applies Scrum principles, practices, and theory, you will be able to foster a creative and productive working environment.
In this role, you will assess the Scrum maturity of the squad and coach them to higher levels of maturity at a sustainable pace. You will also build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
Key responsibilities include facilitating discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution, as well as improving transparency, information exchange, and collaboration. You will support the Product Owner, especially in grooming and maintaining the product backlog, and promote a feedback culture based on Scrum values.
We are looking for a professional who has proven experience coaching teams in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and can apply their knowledge to drive success in our client's organization.
