Systems Validation & Solutions Specialist
Main Activities:- Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of industrial computerized systems
- Act as a single point of contact for automated systems, ensuring proper monitoring and performance conditions
- Advise and support the business in software and validation scope, defining review and maintenance strategies, and executing activities
- Deliver required SOPs, train, and keep systems documentation up to date
- Manage and validate computerized systems (CS) and automated systems (AS)
- Execute validation of CS and AS, supporting team activities under supervision
- Implement continuous improvement in CSV activities
- Develop protocols and IQ/OQ test sheets for software validation, ensuring quality and compliance
- Serve as a reference for system validation during internal and external audits
- Take charge of specific missions assigned by management, ensuring timely completion and quality
- Maintain safety rules and current instructions, reporting any risk situations promptly
- EPF, HES, or University IT/Engineering degree
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar CSV Specialist position in life science industry
- Experience in manufacturing processes, maintenance, and investigations, with knowledge of Industry 4.0
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a resource-constrained environment
- Effective problem-solving skills, solution-oriented, especially in complex scenarios
- Good knowledge of GMP environment, Quality processes (change control, deviation management, risk-based approach), and fluent in both French and English
