**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team at Michael Page. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current clients, as well as prospecting new high-end clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with high-end clients, leveraging your expertise and network to drive sales growth.
  • Manage projects related to client requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.
  • Coordinate with international subcontractors to deliver high-quality prototypes and products.
  • Analyze quotes and negotiate project aspects to ensure optimal pricing and contractual conditions.
  • Negotiate sales prices and contractual conditions with clients, leveraging your expertise and market knowledge.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure administrative follow-up and project coordination.
  • Provide regular market status updates and project reports to management.
  • Represent the company at international events, showcasing our expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end product sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Fluency in French (C1) and English (C1), with German or Italian a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficient in sales techniques and strategies, with a strong understanding of the luxury sales market.
  • Attention to detail and quality, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Resilience and efficiency in high-pressure situations, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Team player with good communication skills, able to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
