Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive conversations with CIOs and CTOs about the Future of Technology journey, current global (re)insurance trends, peer benchmarks, and challenges.
  2. Lead and manage large technology transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of smaller change projects together with an interdisciplinary team.
  3. Act as Program Director, delivering and promoting EY's expertise on Finance Transformation matters.
  4. Engage with IT, data, accounting, and actuarial professionals to address business issues and drive transformation.
  5. Develop strategies to address clients' technology sourcing challenges.
  6. Collaborate with international teams and leverage global best practices to enhance technology transformation efforts.

Requirements

  1. A proven track record of managing large programs and delivering successful finance transformation projects on an international scale.
  2. Significant experience in the international (re)insurance sector, with additional banking experience being beneficial.
  3. Deep knowledge of international finance transformation-related technologies and understanding of the business aspects of (re)insurance clients.
  4. Strong leadership skills to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex business environments.
  6. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  7. Experience in Change Management is highly valued.
  8. Effective communication and collaboration skills with IT, data, accounting, and actuarial professionals.
  9. Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive consensus and achieve business objectives.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  11. Fluency in German and English.
