We are seeking an experienced Assessment Specialist to lead the implementation of IMPACT's WASH support through the Global WASH Cluster's Field Support Team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Global WASH Cluster in improving and strengthening evidence-based humanitarian coordination.
- Collaborate with the Global WASH Cluster Field Support Team Manager and IMPACT's Public Health Unit Manager to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to inform WASH programming.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field teams on WASH assessment methodologies.
- Contribute to the development of WASH cluster strategies and policies.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, water and sanitation, environmental engineering).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in WASH programming, with a focus on assessment and coordination.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Gross salary between 5'800 CHF and 6'050 CHF monthly (before income tax).
- Contribution to medical insurance of 450 CHF per month.

- Enrolment in IMPACT Initiatives Research Foundational Learning Programme.
