Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Content Marketing Platform Developer to spearhead our AI initiatives, working directly with Creaitor's CTO. This critical role will lay the foundation for our ML/AI capabilities and lead the development of innovative solutions that enhance our platform.

You'll cover both the roles of a Machine Learning Engineer and a Data Scientist, working closely with product managers to build and deploy cutting-edge models that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ML Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for AI initiatives aligned with Creaitor's goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to solve complex problems and improve user experience.
  • Vector Database Management: Set up and manage vector databases to efficiently store and retrieve high-dimensional data, enabling fast and accurate similarity searches.
  • Data Management: Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to inform model development and extract actionable insights.
  • Feature Engineering: Perform feature engineering to enhance model performance and accuracy.
  • Model Training: Train and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
  • Model Optimization: Evaluate and optimize model performance to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in AI and ML to continuously enhance our platform.
  • Testing and Maintenance: Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks to ensure the reliability of AI solutions.
  • Documentation: Document processes, models, and methodologies to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • LLM Expertise: Experience in developing AI/ML solutions with a focus on LLM and LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain). Strong knowledge and practical experience in Generative AI
  • NLP Expertise: Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Vector Databases: Experience in working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus) to store and manage high-dimensional data for similarity searches and recommendation engines.
  • Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
