IT Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced ICT Supporter (M/W) for one of our clients based in Hölstein. The ideal candidate will be the contact person for demanding first- and second-level ICT support, whether remotely, by telephone, email, or on site.

• You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation, instructions, and checklists as well as actively participating in IT projects.
• You will provide workstation systems and mobile devices, install and maintain business software, and take care of server, client, network, and firewall maintenance.
• You will receive and resolve enquiries about hardware, software, network, and communication faults by phone and email.
• You will work closely with server and network experts as well as external partners in third-level support.

To be successful in this role, you should have a sound IT education, affinity with networks, and 3-5 years of professional experience as an ICT supporter. You should also be able to communicate effectively in German and English.
