We're looking for a skilled Technical Application Manager to join our dynamic team based in Baden, Switzerland. As part of our Application Management Team, you'll work collaboratively with various teams to resolve complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and ensure the best quality of projects and test deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage software-related tickets, resolving associated issues promptly
  • Apply analytical, troubleshooting, and research skills to take ownership and responsibility
  • Process test activities, focusing on time and budget alignment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics operation, customer service application, financial, and messaging application issues
  • Work with 3rd party vendors on technical projects and issues
  • Identify and report issues related to orders, systems, or logistics operations to product managers and tech teams
  • Provide technical support to clients and participate in 24x7 On-call support
  • Triage and manage incidents, write incident reports
  • Ensure thorough testing of applications for optimal project and test delivery quality
  • Support yearly ServiceBureau and customer-based audits
  • Develop process documentation effectively

Essential Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical background
  • Able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Organized, independent, self-motivated, and quick learner
  • Desire to learn and expand professional mindset

Required Qualifications:

  • College degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise in Unix operating System and coding/scripting of Unix shell script
  • Familiarity with databases like Oracle and Ingres, proficiency in writing SQL queries
