Radiofrequency Metrology Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new assessment and calibration methods and procedures for radiofrequency (RF) near-field evaluation systems
- Collaborate with internal R&D teams to improve the accuracy and efficiency of assessment and calibration processes
- Participate in international standard development
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to measurement systems and devices
- Act as a technical liaison between our laboratory and external clients, providing technical support and guidance on RF measurement procedures
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our calibration services and quality management system
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on RF metrology or electromagnetics
- Practical experience with high-frequency laboratory equipment such as signal generators, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python with experience in the automation of calibration and measurement processes
- Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical accuracy and precision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both technical teams and external clients
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong sense of responsibility and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest quality standard of work
- Willingness to travel to key customers and standardization meetings worldwide
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); German proficiency is a plus
