Vigilance Specialist

At Hamilton Medical AG, we are seeking a highly skilled Vigilance Specialist to join our team. As a Vigilance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and evaluate medical devices on the market in accordance with regulations
- Evaluate complaints and incidents of Hamilton Medical AG medical devices
- Document incidents in the vigilance system
- Carry out compliant reports in accordance with reporting obligations
- Initiate corrective and safety measures in the event of serious incidents
- Interact with national authorities on reports and field action measures
- Assist with the continuous improvement of vigilance processes
- Successfully completed scientific or technical studies
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the medical device industry with a focus on vigilance and post-market surveillance
- Good knowledge of requirements from FDA 21 CFR 803 & 806, MDR 2017/745, ISO 13485
- Results-oriented, multi-tasker, and quick learner
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Fluency in written and spoken English
