About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Transfer Pricing Services team at KPMG AG. As a Global Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our international clients navigate the complexities of transfer pricing and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Work: Assist clients in fulfilling their transfer pricing compliance and reporting obligations in jurisdictions around the world.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze clients' business models, identify key value drivers, and assess the alignment of value creation and profit attribution across entities and countries.
  • Project Support: Support team members in the collection, analysis, and preparation of financial and business information in diverse client projects.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with experts from KPMG member firms located in various countries to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Advisory Services: Advise clients on international tax and transfer pricing aspects of restructuring and M&A activities, as well as dispute resolution associated with transfer pricing audits, mutual agreement procedures, and APA's.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in economics, business administration, law, business informatics, or industrial engineering.
  • Experience: Professional experience in finance or tax is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English skills and proficient French skills.
  • Skills: Analytical and logical thinking, numerical comprehension, strong interest in economic and tax law issues, ability to work in a team, willingness to work hard, and a pronounced ability to motivate and communicate.
