Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package consisting of an attractive base salary, profit sharing through variable performance pay, and extra awards for growth.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to identify and define project requirements.

You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing information from various sources, designing and documenting products with functional and non-functional requirements, and ensuring accurate implementation of these requirements.

Key activities include:

  • Collaborating and shaping digital product practices.
  • Leveraging expertise in requirement reviews, workshops, and meetings using Design Thinking.
  • Facilitating communication between development teams and stakeholders.
  • Improving requirements documentation throughout the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with business sense and mental agility.
  • A degree in computer science, informatics, business management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product design, UX, business analysis, project management, agile software delivery, or related fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A solid understanding of the software development process (SDLC) including Agile frameworks.
