Job Overview

• This role involves overseeing the implementation of Visual Merchandising strategies across our global network.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of VM plans.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of retail and wholesale databases, driving business growth through data-driven insights.
• Conduct thorough analysis of Salesforce reports, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategic solutions.
• BUILD strong relationships with our Point of Sale teams, promoting VM best practices and standards.
• DELIVER expert training sessions in Switzerland and abroad, empowering colleagues with exhibition design and display knowledge.
• LEAD remote training and consultancy initiatives, utilizing digital tools to enhance colleague development.

Requirements

• CFC Polydesigner 3D or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in VM, including logistics, installation, and assembling displays yourself.
• Comfortable with regular travel, spending 50% of time in Switzerland and abroad.
• Strong attention to detail and planning skills.
• Thrives in an autonomous environment.
• B2-C1 Level in English - C1 or C2 in French.
