We are seeking an accomplished Water Treatment Engineer to join our team at Skilled Recruitment Solutions GmbH. As part of our global team, you will contribute to advancing sustainable water practices in the semiconductor industry.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement novel strategies for water reuse and recycling in the semiconductor industry.
  • Evaluate and enhance water and wastewater quality using your expertise in chemical, process, and industrial engineering.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of projects, from conceptualization to deployment.
  • Design and deploy digital solutions to optimize water management practices.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and collaborations with international clients to achieve shared objectives.
  • Ensure that developed solutions reach market readiness through thorough testing and validation.

Your Essential Qualifications:

  • Degree in Chemical, Process, or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in water or wastewater treatment, preferably in the semiconductor field.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic and innovative environments, possessing a creative mindset.
  • Ready to travel internationally (approximately 30%), visiting various locations across Europe, North America, and Asia.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of thriving in multicultural teams.
